No. The platform is built so resellers and clients can use it from the dashboard only. You configure Mikrotik routers once, then use the web panel to create vouchers, monitor usage, and manage clients. All complex logic is already built into your SaaS.
Yes. HostX Digital is a multi-tenant architecture: one superadmin (you), then multiple resellers and clients. Each client can have their own routers, vouchers and captive portal links. Data is isolated per account, but you can see everything from the superadmin level.
Your system already tracks reseller commissions and payout requests. Resellers can see their total earnings, pending payouts and approved payouts inside their dashboard. You control the financial agreements – the software gives you full reporting and tools.
Yes. The SaaS is already prepared for branding settings (logo, software name, powered-by text, links, WhatsApp number, etc.). For deeper white-label deployments (your own domain, custom modules), we do this as a separate implementation project.
